Refund Policy

At KR Farms, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, illness, or a change of plans. Once tickets or passes are purchased, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests, and we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances that cause us to close or significantly alter our scheduled activities, rain checks may be offered at the sole discretion of the owners. Rain checks, if granted, will be valid for a future visit within the same season and must be used before the end of that season unless otherwise noted.

Please note:

• Partial rain checks for unused portions of a visit will not be issued.

• Lost or misplaced rain checks cannot be replaced.

• Rain checks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
